Animated Flags are all available in all Project Types
Replace All Flags - uses flags from the selected library in the whole project

The Europe (extended) map shows only part of Russia or the USSR
It's possible to add multiple titles to the country in a map: add 2 columns with the same value in the Code row but different titles, and fill only the years when the titles should be shown
Labels in the Map Chart Race can have images
Support of categories in all data visualizations: when the Categories option is enabled, a new row is added on the data page that allows filtering data by its values
The Select All button is available in the statistics for datasets that have 300 or fewer items

The population data source has been changed to the UN Population and contains predictions till 2030
Datasets in a format where every row contains Date, Name, and Value (names are duplicates for every date) are automatically converted to the format required for the visualization. This allows the use of any dataset from ourworldindata.org

Map Chat Race:
- Historical versions of the world map are automatically shown based on the date. The feature works for the years 1946 - 2025, and for the time before that, it will still show the version of the map of 1946.
- Maps are now available as type during the project creation from the statistics page
- Support of 3-letter ISO codes
Particles layer has a new option to choose an image as a particle and control the size and number of particles
Slideshow 2.0 now has exit animation options, which control how the elements will disappear
Search is added to the Data page

The Image Library is added to all places where images can be used. All photos in the library are distributed under CC0 and equivalent licenses.
Karma System: For every approved public project, you get Karma points that increase your Level. These points unlock new features, like automatically approving your projects and approving other projects.
Map Chart Race has a new look.
