You must agree to and accept all of the Terms of Use, or you do not have the right to use the Services. Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms of Use, and these Terms of Use will remain in effect while you use the Services.
In order to use the AlienArt.io Service, you need to be 13 or older.
Using AlienArt.io you can create visual charts and export them as a video.

You represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract (or if not, received your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the Services and gotten your parent or guardian to agree to these Terms on your behalf).
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the services: Violating laws or regulations, Harassing, abusing, or defaming others, Impersonating individuals or entities, Uploading malicious content or engaging in hacking, Using the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you aren’t authorized to use the Services. We can’t and won’t be responsible for your using the Services in a way that breaks the law.
Any content you generate and submit through our services remains your intellectual property.
If the content is submitted to the Public Projects section you agree to distribute it using CC BY 4.0 lincese. Projects using any content protected with a copyright and/or other intellectual property laws, will be prohibited on the website, unless a legal confirmation of your rights to use the content is provided.
To dispute a copyright infringement claim, you must submit a written counter-notification that includes the legal confirmation of your rights to use the content. This counter-notification should be sent to [email protected].
The materials displayed or performed or available on or through the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, photos, images, illustrations, and so forth (all of the foregoing, the “Content”) are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws. The Services may allow you to copy or download certain Content; please remember that just because this functionality exists, doesn’t mean that all the restrictions above don’t apply – they do!

AlienArt.io has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or by any third party that you interact with through the Services (including any hiring specialists). In addition, AlienArt.io will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of any third-party site or service. By using the Services, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service.

We have different packages, including a free version. We reserve the right to change the pricing policy in the future. We will notify you before any Services you are then using begin carrying a fee, and if you wish to continue using such Services, you must pay all applicable fees for such Services.
When you purchase Services, you our third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge you for such Services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment methods that you provide to us.
All fees are stated and solely payable in U.S. Dollars, non-cancelable, non-refundable, and not subject to setoff, unless expressly set forth otherwise in these Terms.
In the event that you fail to pay the full amount owed to us, we may limit your access to the Services, in addition to any other rights or remedies we may have.
All pricing plans involve recurring fees. Depending on which options you choose, those fees may recur each month or each year. Please note that our fees are subject to change, although we will notify you before we effect any change.
By agreeing to these Terms and purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that your Subscription has recurring payment features and you accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations prior to cancellation of your Subscription by you or AlienArt.io. Our third-party payment processor (Stripe) will automatically charge you in accordance with the term of your Subscription, on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your Subscription using the payment information you have provided.
In the event your Subscription begins on a day not contained in a later month, your payment will be charged on last day of the month.
Your Subscription continues until cancelled by you or we terminate your access to or use of the Services or the Subscription in accordance with these Terms.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time but please note that such cancellation will only be effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. Unless required by law, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION.

We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so these Terms of Use may need to change along with the Services. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by placing a notice within the application, or by sending you an email, or by some other means.
If you do not agree with the new Terms of Use, you are free to reject them; unfortunately, that means you will no longer be able to use the Services. If you use the Services in any way after a change to the Terms of Use is effective, that means you agree to all of the changes.
Except for changes by us as described here, no other amendment or modification of these Terms of Use will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.
